Using this site means you accept these terms. The Healthcare Operations Belief Score is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is an educational tool, not professional advice, and your organization remains responsible for its own decisions.
What does the free score include?
The Healthcare Operations Belief Score is free and requires no credit card. You receive the complete Belief Profile before any paid offer is presented. Afterwards you may be offered an optional paid Healthcare Operations Belief Action Blueprint. That next step is entirely optional, and declining it does not limit the free result you already received.
Is anything here professional advice?
No. TetraNoodle Technologies and AI Merge provide educational and reflective tools. Nothing on this site or in a Belief Profile is medical, clinical, legal, financial, accounting, security, or compliance advice, and nothing here certifies compliance with any regulation. What are you responsible for when using the score?
You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the authority to describe the operating situation you describe. Do not submit protected health information, patient records, credentials, restricted financial records, or confidential employee information. A Belief Profile is a hypothesis; deciding what to do about it, and obtaining the internal approvals to do it, remains your organization’s responsibility.
What counts as acceptable use?
Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not scrape it, submit automated or fraudulent entries, attempt to access other people’s data, interfere with its operation, or resell or republish the score or its output as your own product. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent and may withdraw access for misuse.
Who owns the methodology and the content?
AI Merge, the Business Belief Map, the Healthcare Operations Belief Score, and the content of this site are proprietary intellectual property created by Manuj Aggarwal and TetraNoodle Technologies, and are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. The Belief Profile you receive is yours to use inside your organization. The underlying methodology, wording, and structure are not licensed for redistribution or commercial reuse.
What are the limits of liability and availability?
The site and the free score are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or the free score is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, where TetraNoodle Technologies operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
