What does this site collect?

This doorway page has no sign-up form. It stores three things in your browser: your cookie choice, a first-touch record of how you arrived (landing page, referring site, UTM campaign parameters, and ad-click identifiers such as fbclid or gclid), and a randomly generated visitor reference. The visitor reference is a random identifier; it contains no name, email, or other personal detail. These values travel with you to the Belief Score so we can tell which channels work.

What does the Belief Score collect?

When you begin the score you are handed off to the AI Merge platform. There you provide your contact details and your written answers about one operating moment. No patient-specific information is requested or required at any point; see the AI and Data Disclosure for how those answers are processed.

Which analytics and advertising tools are used?

• Vercel Analytics — cookieless, collects no personal data, and runs without consent.
• PostHog — product analytics and session replay, with all keyboard input masked. Runs only after you accept cookies.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement. Runs only after you accept cookies.

PostHog and the Meta Pixel use cookies and local storage to distinguish visitors. We use this data to improve the site and measure campaigns, never to sell your information.

How does cookie consent work?

Nothing that sets an analytics or advertising cookie loads until you press Accept in the cookie banner. Declining keeps PostHog and the Meta Pixel switched off entirely; only the cookieless measurement above continues. Your choice is stored in your browser, and clearing site data resets it so the banner appears again.

Where is your information processed?

This site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics data is processed by PostHog and Meta under their own terms. Information you provide inside the Belief Score is processed by AI Merge and its AI and infrastructure providers, who act on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. TetraNoodle Technologies operates from Vancouver, Canada, and information may be processed in Canada and the United States.

How long is information kept?

Browser-stored values persist until you clear your site data. Analytics records follow each provider’s standard retention period. Information submitted to the Belief Score is retained until you ask us to delete it.

How do you request access or deletion?

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing feedback@tetranoodle.com. We respond within 30 days.

How are changes to this policy handled?

If this policy changes materially we note it here and revise the date above.
