AI is used to organize the information you choose to describe into a structured Belief Profile. It does not connect to your EHR, finance system, CRM, email, or internal files, and it does not decide what is true about your organization. Every output is a hypothesis offered for human review.
Where is AI used?
The Healthcare Operations Belief Score uses artificial intelligence to help organize the information you choose to provide during the guided reflection. The system connects what you describe: the recurring business moment, the current operating response, the friction that is genuinely present, the assumption the organization may repeatedly act as though true, the possible cost or unrealized opportunity, and the earliest moment worth watching. The Belief Profile you receive is generated with the assistance of AI, from your own words.
What does the AI never access?
The system does not independently access electronic health records, financial or billing systems, customer relationship management systems, email, employee systems, patient records, scheduling platforms, or internal company files. It works only from what a respondent types or says into the guided reflection. A later, separately approved implementation could provide governed access to specific sources, but that requires your organization’s own review and written approval and is never part of the free score.
Does AI decide what is true about our organization?
No. The system suggests a possible operating pattern and a possible belief for your review. It identifies relationships across the events, responses, decisions, friction, consequences, and repeated language you describe. It does not establish fact, assign blame to staff or leadership, or rank your organization. People remain responsible for determining what is accurate and what action is appropriate.
What are the limits of AI-generated output?
AI-generated reflections can be incomplete, imprecise, or simply wrong. Treat your Belief Profile as a hypothesis to examine, refine, accept, or reject, never as a factual statement about your organization. What information should never be submitted?
No patient-specific information is required. Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, identifiable clinical details, account credentials, restricted financial records, or confidential employee information. The reflection asks about an operating pattern, which can be described accurately without exposing any protected record.
How is the information you provide handled?
The answers you provide are used to generate your personalized Belief Profile. Selected team members may review limited information for quality assurance, safety, or support. Your information is not sold. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. How does human oversight work?
AI output in this product is subject to human oversight processes, and the experience is designed so that you and your colleagues make the final judgment about what is true for your organization. A free score authorizes no system access, AI deployment, workflow automation, or data transfer on its own.
